Here's a look at Niagara Falls in motion:

It is here that the merged waters from Lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron and Erie flow north over the falls.
Our Great Lakes move water to the North Atlantic Ocean.
These waters are on a journey.

Cup and Saucer Trail

One of the most famous trails in Ontario is on Manitoulin Island.
It's called the Cup and Saucer Trail and the highest point on the island is on it.

The views are awesome.

The trail follows the spine of the Niagara Escarpment, and this dolomitic stone is exposed in places.

I hiked this trail twice while on the island.
